夫人. 艾丽西亚·厄尔 has more than 20 years of experience in Education Institutions. She has been with ETBU since May of 2014 and serves as the Assistant Director of 金融援助. She has also served in the 招生 Office as the Campus 访问 Coordinator. Before joining the ETBU staff, she served at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in various departments; the Physical Plant, 注册商's office, 办公室人员, and Institutional Advancement. 夫人. Earle has also served as a school secretary at two public schools in the Fort Worth area. Through her work experience and life experience, as a pastor's wife and mother, she believes that she is able to connect with parents and students with a caring and compassionate voice. She enjoys being available, listening to students' needs, and helping them see the best way to pursue their dream of making ETBU their "Home on the Hill."
